I am a qualified reflexologist and massage therapist based in Crowthorne, Sandhurst and Binfield Berkshire, which are easily accessible from Wokingham, Bracknell, Camberley, Ascot and Yateley.

I'm originally from New Zealand, where I trained as a registered nurse, and qualified as a reflexologist in 2001.

Most people find the treatments therapeutic as well as relaxing, and I offer a combined treatment of Indian Head Massage and Reflexology for those really wanting a treat, or now available Indian Head Massage and a back, neck and shoulder massage.

How Long Does it Take?

The first session lasts approximately 1 hour, with further sessions normally taking between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Timings for massage are as descrbied on the Baby Massage/Massage page.
