A Little About Reflexology

Reflexology is suitable for all ages and many ailments and discomforts.

But! how can massaging my feet help me

Is a question that many people ask.

It's more than just a pleasurable massage, and I often describe my sessions as being therapeutic as well as relaxing!

So why have reflexology?

The aim of reflexology is to encourage the body to balance itself or prompt a response by stimulating precise reflex points on the feet or hands that correspond with organs, systems and structures in your body in a non invasive manner.

This therapy may be used to restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium.

Reflexology aims to help reduce stress levels, strengthen the immune system and may bring relief to a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

Is reflexology suitable for me?

I see people with a wide variety of troubles - from the short term to the chronic! Some come because it makes them feel better, but they can't tell me how, others notice that long standing conditions which may include sinusitis, indigestion, hormonal problems, headaches and stress all appear to improve with regular sessions.

And if you are pregnant and struggling with some of the niggles of pregnancy, then Maternity Reflexology may be just the thing that you are looking for.
